    The Manly Pacific features a great location with easy access to the beach, perfect for a brief stay. The room I stayed in was spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with excellent Wi-Fi. the staff provided prompt assistance with my luggage storage, and the overall vibe was relaxing, making it conducive for both work and leisure. ,

    The air conditioning unit in the room required attention, leading to an uncomfortable first impression.

    The location, overlooking Manly beach was superb.

    The pool on the roof was small and noisy with fan u it's etc up there also.

    The room plus how comfortable the bed was.

    I thought the breakfast was pretty average as they didn’t serve Hash browns plus the bacon was pretty dry. Everything else was delicious.

    I was eager to visit Manly Beach, and the Manly Pacific was the perfect choice for its prime location. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially the concierge who offered fantastic local tips. I particularly enjoyed the inviting atmosphere close to the large marble dining table with chic black leather chairs, perfect for a relaxed evening with drinks. The bar's views and the local vibe enhanced our experience.

    The room was different to what I anticipated and paid for on the site which was extremely disappointing by novatel. Instead of overseeing the Manly district views I got to see and hear renovations being done to the hotel from my window. My wife and I had to stay with the curtains closed throughout the whole trip.

    I loved the hotel, its gorgeous, it has caring stuff and unbeatable location. The pool was excellant and I had welcome drinks in the downstairs bar. The venue was steps away from the beach and steps away from St Mary's Catholic Church. The attached restaurant was beautiful, very good service.

    The thing I liked best about the Manly Pacific was the location. Right on the beach just a short walk to the Corso and the Wharf, but quiet at night.

    Proximity to beach and my family.

    Furniture & soft furnishings require updating & renewing. Finger marks on wardrobe doors. Cushions & chairs tired.

    we liked the view from our room and we thought the young man at the reception was very polite and helpful.

    We thought the bathroom was quite dangerous with a slippery bathtub,no rubber mat and no handrail as you were exiting after a shower. Also there was no shower cap or other vanity items which is a cheap cost cutting exercise.

    Amazing room, position, facilities! Price however kind of extreme compared to the hotel's class...

    Too expensive breakfast made us go to nearby restaurants to have similar food for almost half price !

    I appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The Standard Queen Room was comfortable and impeccably clean. Don't miss the on-site dining. The room service was delicious! Pro tip, be mindful of the slippery shower tiles and navigate the building carefully.

    Location was superb.Staff were very friendly and efficient.

    Dirty cleaners cloth in our basin when we checked into our room - not a nice welcome.Restaurant service was polite but with just three tables occupied it took 40 minutes for our main course.Both the fillet steak and king fish were very overcooked and almost inedible.At $38 each it was not a good look.Credit to the Hotel - they refunded the meal.Milk was not replaced in our room.Room service coffee ordered for 7 am arrived at 7.25.All up the location was perfect, the staff excellent but besides the above setbacks we thought the Novotel was "tired" especially the decor.
